Refund policy

Lingerie is personal and you should be free to shop with confidence. We want to make sure that you love your René Rofé experience from the time you shop to the moment you receive your new lingerie. That’s why all our items come with our 15-Day refund period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return or request for an exchange for free in the U.S. within 15 days from the original date of shipment.

Exchanges are subject to size and style availability. Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original tags attached. All returns or exchanges must be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the order. Please note, all purchases of sale items, and items from our Sexy and Panties collections are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Please note refunds come with a $9.95 processing fee as well as a postage fee for the return label. Renerofe.com will provide a return authorization form that must be filled out. Once the items are checked back into inventory, a refund will be sent to the original form of payment. 

Please note: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items within our Panties or Sexy collections.
