Fitting

For fitting & sizing, please refer to our size chart.

Ordering

We are pleased to be operating as normal. All orders are shipped out within 2 Business Days of purchase from our warehouses in the United States. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, and promotional periods.

We're only shipping to the United States at the moment. Please check back for updates.

Our orders ship within 1-2 days. Depending on which shipping option you choose it can then take anywhere from 1-5 business days. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

After an order has been accepted it cannot be changed or altered. For additional items simply place a new order. For unwanted items we recommend setting up a return once your package is received. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our products which is why we offer a 15 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your renerofe.com purchase, you may return or exchange full-priced unwornunwashed or defective merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing card. Please note: items purchased at any retailer other than ReneRofe.com must be returned to the retailer, not ReneRofe.com.

Please note refunds come with a $9.95 processing fee as well as a postage fee for the return label. Renerofe.com will provide a return authorization form that must be filled out. Once the items are checked back into inventory, a refund will be sent to the original form of payment. 
 
* We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards.
* All items from the Sexy, & Panties Collections, as well as sale items, are final sale.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.
