We are pleased to be operating as normal. All orders are shipped out within 2 Business Days of purchase from our warehouses in United States. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, and promotional periods. Rene Rofe is not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers.

Cancelling Orders
We are unable to accept any cancellation once an order has been accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of our products which is why we offer a 15 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your renerofe.com purchase, you may return or exchange full-priced unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing card. Please note: items purchased at any retailer other than renerofe.com must be returned to the retailer, not renerofe.com.

Please note refunds come at the expense of the customer. Renerofe.com will provide a return authorization form that must be followed once the items are check back into inventory a refund will be sent the original form of payment. 
 
*We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards.
