We are pleased to be operating as normal. All orders are shipped out within 2 Business Days of purchase from our warehouses in United States. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, and promotional periods. Rene Rofe is not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange full-priced items within 15 days of delivery, new, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted from addresses in the United States.

Refunds: a $9.95 processing fee is deducted from every refund, and return postage is paid by the customer (we email you a return label and deduct its postage from your refund). Original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receiving your return and go to your original form of payment once the items are checked back into inventory.

Exchanges are free, subject to size and style availability. Email cs@renerofe.com for a return label at no cost.

Final sale: items from our Sexy and Panties collections, and items bought on sale, at a discount or through a promotion, cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. We may refuse a return that does not meet hygiene and health standards.
- Items bought from any retailer other than renerofe.com must be returned to that retailer.
