We are pleased to be operating as normal. All orders are shipped out within 2 Business Days of purchase from our warehouses in United States. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, and promotional periods. Rene Rofe is not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our products which is why we offer a 15 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your renerofe.com purchase, you may return or exchange full-priced unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing card. Please note: items purchased at any retailer other than renerofe.com must be returned to the retailer, not renerofe.com.
Please note refunds come with $9.95 processing fee. Renerofe.com will provide a return authorization form that must be followed once the items are check back into inventory a refund will be sent the original form of payment.
*We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards.
*All items from the Panties, & Sexy Collections are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
